By creating an account or using B-Lyte Flow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Each person may hold only one account. An email address or phone number can only be linked to one account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password and verification codes private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Your wallet balance is held in Nigerian Naira (₦). Funding is processed through our payment partner, Paystack, using a dedicated virtual account.

A valid Nigerian phone number is required before a funding account can be created.

Bank transfers may take time to reflect depending on banking networks. Funding with stolen cards, fraudulent transfers or chargebacks will lead to immediate account freeze and may be reported to authorities.

Airtime, data, electricity, cable TV and education payments are delivered through third-party providers.

Please confirm phone numbers, meter numbers and smartcard/IUC numbers before paying. Transactions sent to a wrong number entered by you cannot be reversed.

If you are debited but do not receive value because of a provider failure, the amount will be reversed to your wallet after confirmation, usually within 24–48 hours.

Prices may change at any time based on provider rates.

Reseller access costs ₦2,000 for 30 days and gives access to discounted prices. The fee is non-refundable once activated.

Reseller pricing may be adjusted by B-Lyte Flow at any time.

SaveBox lets you set money aside from your wallet. Withdrawals from SaveBox are returned to your B-Lyte Flow wallet according to the rules shown when you create a save.

SaveBox is a savings tool, not a bank deposit or investment product.

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event details and flyers. All events are reviewed and must be approved by B-Lyte Flow before they are published.

Each ticket has a unique QR code that can only be scanned once. Do not share your ticket — once scanned, it cannot be used again.

Ticket sales close when the event starts. Refunds are handled according to the organizer's policy, except where an event is cancelled.

Organizer earnings can be withdrawn to the B-Lyte Flow wallet 12 hours after the event starts.

You may not use B-Lyte Flow for fraud, money laundering, illegal activity, or to abuse promotions, rewards or system errors.

Attempts to hack, reverse engineer or interfere with the service are prohibited.

We may freeze or close any account involved in suspicious activity, a breach of these terms, or as required by law. Frozen accounts should contact customer support.

B-Lyte Flow is not liable for delays or failures caused by banks, telecom networks, utility companies or other third parties outside our control, or for losses caused by incorrect details you provide.

We collect only the information needed to run your account and process payments, and we do not sell your personal data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
